Noynoy Aquino for president?

I can't seem to understand why people would vote for a presidential candidate that rides on the popularity of his mother and father. Some people would argue that they would vote for Noynoy Aquino because he's purer/cleaner than the rest of the candidates. Perhaps the reason that he seems purer and cleaner is because Noynoy Aquino lacks any significant personal achievements in the political arena. Also, he has no advocacy of his own. But what particularly irks me is that he only decided to become a presidential candidate when Cory Aquino died. Where other candidates have planned for months or even years prior to run for the presidency, Noynoy lacks the prep time that the other candidates had--which in turn could suggest a lack of time for formulating, throughly thinking and rethinking his plans for the country.

On a much lighter note, if Manny Villar has a comic, Noynoy Aquino has a webcomic. Hahaha.
