To show just how incompetent the Philippine Government is, some hackers claiming to be from China/Malaysia (as their flags show) hacked into the PIA.Gov.ph (Philippine Information Agency).It still isn't officially stated where the hackers are from, but their message is can be read on the pictures posted here. It's sad that the country is slowly being shamed.
First the hostage taker shows the whole
world that the Philippines has no capabilities when it comes to hostage negotiations, and even more when it comes to physically confronting the hostage taker. Now we have random hackers from god knows where breaking into, and vandalizing government websites? What exactly happens to our money when we pay taxes, besides going into politicians pockets? Can't we have at least SOME money to prevent hackers from hacking into Philippine government websites? Apparently not.What does NoyNoy, the smily president, have to say about all this? "I've ordered some people to secure the government websites :). Also, I blocked my facebook from you trolls :)"
